RainBet should not be described as an Irish-licensed casino or bookmaker on the evidence we found. Its terms disclose an Anjouan licence, not an Irish or GRAI licence. Ireland’s framework is also in transition: GRAI says licensing will be phased, while existing licensing bodies continue until the relevant parts of the 2024 Act commence. Check the current official register and the exact activity before playing.

Ireland is not included in RainBet’s published restricted-country list, so the operator’s terms do not expressly block Irish residents. The site loading, accepting a postcode or showing EUR does not prove local authorisation, consumer protection or an Irish complaint route.
