Online wagering and online casino are not the same category.
Australia licenses certain interactive wagering providers. It does not turn offshore online casino games into licensed local products.
The Australian Communications and Media Authority administers the Interactive Gambling Act framework. ACMA says an online wagering operator must appear in its register of licensed interactive gambling providers to operate in Australia. RainBet does not appear there.
ACMA also identifies online casino games as prohibited interactive gambling services when supplied to people in Australia.
